Description: there are often commands which don''t correspond to TYPEs. For example, BITMAPS. It makes a lot of sense to say move the BITMAP X from file A to file B and it used to work.  In no longer works because of the change to GETFILEPKGTYPE inside MAKENEWCOM to only accept TYPE.'
