Description: i did a (LOGOUT), and it seemed to be taking too long.  i could still get a background menu, and other process were still running, so i did a ctrl-b.  CLOSESEQUIN was in AWAIT.EVENT, waiting for PHYLUM#LEAF.

Workaround: i''m going to (BREAKCONNECTION ''PHYLUM) and try again
