Description: It sort of looks like I can LOAD FOO, edit FN1 thru FN3, MAKEFILE, RECOMPILE, and everything works fine.  But then I decide to edit FN4 thru FN6, MAKEFILE, RECOMPILE again, and apparently FN1 thru FN6, not just FN4 thru FN6 are recompiled.
