Description: after Putting a new AR Bug Report, the AR is redrawn.  This redrawing gets confused at/after the Description field (perhaps the first multiline field?) -- the last few characters end up being repeated several times on separate lines (fewer characters on later lines), and some or all of the following fields are dropped	.
