Description: Normal 8000 workstations do hardware diagnostics when you power them on. That way, users are not baffled by things that later turn out to be hardware problems. We should fix the initial microcode to allow for running MOONBOOT.DB even when Lisp is installed, in a way that will cause it to continue into Lisp.
