Disposition: HARDCOPYW now goes through FULLPRESSBITMAP when FULLPRESS is required.  PRESSBITMAP now clips while FULLPRESSBITMAP scales.   (Rotation would be nice one day).  The function \WRITEPRESSBITMAP now believes the clippingregion and scaling it is given. '

Description: Press streams prohibit bitmaps that are too big for Spruce but still part of press. this is a bug.   I will look at it.
