Norton Greenfeld states he URGENTLY needs the ability to configure customized Lisp sysouts.  If this is not possible, he URGENTLY requests a minimal sysout (minus Masterscope, Dwim, Clisp and a host of other nonessentials).  He believes we have   owed APEX such a facility for over a year.'
