Description: This is easy to duplicate.  Do (WINDOWPROP (WHICHW) ''BORDER 0) to your lafite browser window and then try to get the scroll pane to even pop up.'

RRB':  The code that was reshaping the window to remove the border wasn''t clearing the scroll window cache so the scroll bars were several points outside the window.  Fixed.
