Description: First, if I have one character in the buffer and I move the mouse into the scroll bar it indicates that I have about 3% of the buffer on the screen, which is plainly untrue.'

Also, when I put just a single space character in the buffer and scroll it off the screen and back again the space is replaced by some comtrol character.  Quite reproducable.
