Description: my DLion 9915''d (call to raid).  Teleraid produced a message to the effect that the garbage collector had reclaimed a bad array block, ^n would continue, and i ought to save my stuff & get out of there fast.'

I have put a new array block allocator into the Interlisp-D system. I hope these kinds of problems go away, although they can occur with random pointer-smashing.'
