Description: I run with (OVERFLOW T).   When I cons up a fresh Tedit buffer and move through its left edge the scroll window pops up and I immediately get a break window.'

What is more amusing is that my immediate reaction is to move the mouse to the break window in order to ^.  As I traverse the scroll window I generate at least one more break window (the exact number depending on how much my hand jumps).'
