I had a RAID call under (GIVE.TTY.PROCESS NIL). It looks like (a) there was no check for the arg being a window, and (b) on 1108 and not on other machines, (GETBASE NIL x) can sometimes die in a 9305.'

I fixed GIVE.TTY.PROCESS to make sure its arg is a window.  I just had it generate an error.  Is this the behavior you would have expected in the situation that turned it up?'
