Occasionally the keyboard will "Freeze"(i.e. not allow any type in) The cursor will still track and the typein cursor will blink.  The only cure is a ^E or ^D.  A ^T when this happens says waiting in TTRACKMOUSE in DO.SHIPTED.SELECTION.'
