Subject: File containing FILESLOAD times-out under NS filing

Description: Assume a file has a FILESLOAD  in its COMS. When that is being evaluted, then the file containing the FILESLOAD com will time out if the user is using a product file server.  A good example of this is BROWSER which goes off to load TEDIT.
