Description: SPREADAPPLY* does not have a symbolic definition.  This affects people who are working in the SYSEDIT environment and want to test interpreted macros that expand to SPREADAPPLY*.  CSchmidth encountered this when trying to develop some imageops for their imagen printer.  '

My understanding is that MOVD(APPLY* SPREADAPPLY*) will do the right thing.  This is probably unnecessary in the standard loadup, but should be dontcopy-export somewhere so that it appears in exports.all

Workaround: I (rmk) think MOVD(APPLY* SPREADAPPLY*)
