Description: If you are at the very end of a new file and insert a bitmap, the first character you strike after that will cause  an ARG NOT LINEDESCRIPTOR ': NIL under \TEDIT.INSERT.UPDATESCREEN under TEDIT.\INSERT under \TEDIT.INSERT.TTY.BUFFER

Workaround: Type some carriage returns and insert the bitmap between them.

Test Case: Create a TEdit, type something, type ^O,your favorite bitmap, and strike any character.
