Subject: PF FN FILE when FILE doesn''t exist returns NIL

Description: A NIL response from "PF FN FILE" doesn''t distinguish between (1) FN not found in FILE and (2) FILE doesn''t exist.  In these cases, PF could be returning lists like "(FN not found in FULLFILENAME)" and "(FILE not found)" or perhaps just give a standard "FILE NOT FOUND" break for case (2) and leave case (1) to return NIL.
