Disposition: This is now fixed.  \WRITEPRESSBITMAP does the thing.  There is now a hook on Press printers to use PRESSBITMAP and similarly on fullpress to use FULLPRESSBITMAP to accomplish HARDCOPYW.  PRESSBITMAP clips while FULLPRESSBITMAP scales. Greg'

Description: There is no function one can call to print a bitmap on a press file.  This makes it impossible to display bitmaps in documents from TEdit.
