	Is there some way of having a window with both EXTENT and SCROLLFN properties, yet without the property of popping up a scroll bar?'
	The filebrowser would benefit from such a thing, if it exists.  The FB has two attached windows, both of whom scroll together; I''d like only one of them to have a scroll bar.'
