Description: The page allocator (which is supposed to allocated unused pages for new files and deallocated pages from deleted files) was capable of allocating non-free pages, allocating pages from the wrong logical volume, and comitting various other sins.   I rewrote it entirely; the result is VolumeAllocationMap.dcom, which in addition to seeming correct, is considerably faster.  It is fully compatible with Mesa 10.0.  -- Tayloe Stansbury
