Subject: fix \CLOCK0 not to do bignum divide

Description: The current version of \CLOCK0 usually requires a 32 by 16 bit divide. This is not in microcode either on the Dandelion or Dorado. This shows up in spy stats quite a bit. I think the divide can be avoided.
