In the function (LAMBDA (K)  (SETQ K 4) (PROG (N) 99)) select N and the SETQ form and button a combined Delete/Before (moving the SETQ into the PROG var list). This breaks with a 0 index to ELT (probably b/c the repaint is given a dummy map entry).
