I certainly can''t reproduce this.  Could you be any more specific about your context?  Does this also happen in more recent loadups?  Does it happen only when you start Chat or literally everytime you "switch from another window to  the MAXC chat window"?'

This problem has gone away.  When I encountered it it was very stable and easily reproducible.  I doubt if it is hiding somewhere.'
