 We have a SYSOUT (made to {FLOPPY} with an APR-16 Lisp) which'
breaks with "ARG NOT LP" from OPENFILE during the first access to a'
{FLOPPY}, tho DIR works correctly.  Doing (FLOPPY.RESTART) with no'
disk inserted fixes the problem, but it comes back after (LOGOUT).'
(OPENP) returns NIL.  What is an LP?  Is there something we should be'
looking for?'
