When Fugue.6 is installed on an 1108 which was running Fugue.4.  This seems to happen only on 29 or 43 MByte disks.  The disk is re-partitioned, Diagnostics are installed, and a 1-boot results in the 0915

Workaround: Use the Install Lisp Tool to Erase! each logical volume and Scavenge!
