Many subsystems provide the user a way to specify, for example in an init file, the size and location of windows to be used.  E.g., Lafite has LAFITEBROWSERREGION, LAFITEDISPLAYREGION, etc.  Want same for DEdit, preferably in a way that allows for a list of regions, to handle recursive edits.
