Disposition: FILESETS used to export a "P" expression in its coms that called (SETDIRECTORIES).  On about 12-Mar-84, I removed that call, and had the primary user of FILESETS, namely ABC, do the SETDIRECTORIES call itself.  EXPORTS.ALL versions made after that date will no longer call SETDIRECTORIES. -- JonL'

Description: Loading EXPORTS.ALL (from FEB 1) resets DIRECTORIES and LISPUSERSDIRECTORIES to search PHYLUM.
