After calling Chat from LISPX, I find that the PROCESS property of the Top Level Tty Window has been switched to be the CHAT process;  thus bugging that window returns control to the CHAT window rather than to the EXEC process. '

Re-setting the PROCESS property "by hand" fixed the problem.'
