Tedit often (a) loses the caret, (b) leaves old caret bitmaps scattered on the screen, and (c) stops displaying the caret all together.  I wish I could generate reproducible cases, but all I guess i can do Is show you sometime.  It happens often enough that I''m reporting it even though I don''t have a case for you.'
