If you open then QUIT from a TEDIt Menu, the next time you reshape the main TEdit window, the TEDIT menu reopens above the main window in the new reshaped configuration.  This window cannot be closed w/o closing the main window because it has no TEdit process running in it.  Moreover, it causes the quit from TEdit in the main window to crash with "arg not TEXTOBJ':  NIL".'
