There was a bug in the "change" translation package where (change (fetch FOO X) --) without the "of" noise word was not translated properly (it assumed that the 3rd element of the "fetch" was the token OF and always used the 4th element).'

I have now fixed this in <LispCore>Sources>RECORD. To be in next loadup after I compile (I made the edit on Maxc from home.)'
