The user installed Carol, did a MKDIR(DSK),  wrote some code, and created some files.  He then did a SYSOUT({FLOPPY}).  His goal was to distribute this floppy set to other DLion users, some with local DSK volumes, some without  His experience was that when his sysout was installed on DLions with local DSK volumes, it could not access files on those volumes.  On DLions without a local DSK volume, his sysout generated "Missing key" errors when files were written or read.
