If a sysout is made with RS232.DCOM loaded and then the sysout is '
reloaded, the system breaks when doing SAVEVM calls DeviceEvent calls '
RS232EventFn calls SHOULDNT. Doing an RS232INIT after reloading the '
sysout is the workaround.'
