Description: The following problem arises when a TEDIT window with a scroll bar is so close to the left edge of the screen that the scroll bar doesn''t fit on the outside of the window': When you move towards the left edge the scroll bar pops up before you move out of the window, and in particular it pops up before it is possible to select line or paragraph size pieces of text. I notice that the cursor does change to a right pointing before I enter the region where the scroll bar pops up, sot this is maybe a problem which can be fixed within TEDIT, i.e. shouldn''t it be the case that line/para size chunks get selected whenever the cursor has shifted to be a right pointing cursor and you selec left or middle.'
