Disposition: Double deletes never work because the deleted material from the first is still the selection and there is nowhere to delete it from. The SHOULDNT was made into a more graceful recovery. bas 12 sep 84'

 Setting up a pattern of commands with the CTRL key down can cause a "Shouldnt': No MapEntry".  In particular, if doing something like "() Delete Delete" (which I did accidentally) seems to tickle this.'
