Subject: SINGLEFILEINDEX should ensure that index starts on odd page of two-sided print

Lisp Version: >Full.Sysout;2

Description: '
In order to save space and paper I try to have all my listings produced on a double-sided printer. This creates a problem with SINGLEFILEINDEX as the index may start on the reverse of the last page of listing. I therefore ``wish" for an option which would force SINGLEFILEINDEX to insert a blank page if necessary, in order that the index start on an odd-numbered page.'
