Description: Got message': " Something is wrong with either the filemap or format of {PHYLUM}<PSYCH>IRIS>IRISLIB.NEW;3 ... inform 1100 Support" when I tried to compile it. There is another file named IRISLIB. on the disk (I tried to make a new version of it, but the $#%~&# system tacked on the suffix .NEW).'

I don''t understand enough about this, but my guess is that that message is coming from something that JonL wrote. Pass this by him and see if he picks it up.'

Nope, not one of my messages either (i.e., not in LISPSOURCEFILEP and the new GETFILEMAP). Maybe the compiler? However, I tried BCOMPLing the file that Card mentioned (except it had extension .LISP rather than .NEW) and had no trouble.'
