When working with compiled files, and you issue a DF command to edit the source (but perform no changes), the file package still thinks that you modified the function, and the FILE property is modified to include the function name.  The same thing happens if you do a (LOADFNS ''(fn) ''sourcefile ''PROP).  This makes the file package overly conservative, and results in unnecessary recompilations.'
