I added a \PFAULT.INTERRUPT feature which allows a function to get called whenever there is a page fault (except when there are stack problems, etc. It is a one-shot': if \PFAULT.INTERRUPT is non-NIL, it gets a \CAUSEINTERRUPT and then \PFAULT.INTERRUPT gets set to NIL (thats so the interrupt routine can fault itself if necessary.)'
