Description: When I''m in EMACS on MAXC, I notice that after I do commands like "↑X↑W" (write file)--commands that print and prompt at the bottom of the EMACS window--my confirming carriage returns cause the whole window to incorrectly move up one line and I get a duplicated mode line at the bottom of my window':'
     --------------------'
     |...line2..........|'
     |...line3..........|'
     |EMACS (Text)......|'
     |EMACS (Text)......|'
     --------------------'
Back at MAXC, EMACS thinks I''m seeing'
     --------------------'
     |...line1..........|'
     |...line2..........|'
     |...line3..........|'
     |EMACS (Text)......|'
     --------------------'
I wind up doing "↑L" (redisplay) after such commands to be correct with MAXC.'
