We just got our VAX up and running the DEI file server software.'
Amongst other things it provides a NS time server.  As lisp is started'
up it gets the time from the server, but if you call SETTIME later you'
can watch it time out on broadcast PUP requests.  I don''t think it''s'
trying for a NS time server at all.'
