If you use ATTACHMENU to attach a menu to a window, the menu doesn''t get opened until you do a TOTOPW.  This is an undesirable glitch.'
I think that the menu should be kept closed only if the window to which it is attached is closed, or, if that window is open but NOOPENFLG (new argument to ATTACHMENU) is T.'
This design doesn''t allow for the menu to be open if the main window is closed, but that is probably an unlikely case.'
