In Japan, we have set the variable \TimeZoneComp to -9 and it has worked well so far. But recently the time is one hour fast. I think it is caused by the daylight saving time that is not used in Japan.'
'
Are there any system parameters which control DST?'

Set the variable \BeginDST to 367.'
'
This variable and \TimeZoneComp are both set appropriately if you have a properly functioning time server on your net. Setting it manually should only be necessary on standalone machines, or in old sysouts.'
