Subject: Speed up LOADCOMP

Lisp Version: 7-May-84 16':18':26

Description: '
LOADCOMP, used frequently in the construct (FILES (LOADCOMP) --) to import definitions from one file to another, runs excrutiatingly slowly. I suspect at the very least it is not making use of the filemap to restrict the amount of the file it is looking at.
