Subject: (OPENSTREAM <window> ''OUTPUT) dies in UNPACKFILENAME

Lisp Version: 25-Apr-84 20':38':55

Description: OPENSTREAM/OPENFILE both go through \OPENFILE, which can easily coerce various kinds of arguments to a STREAM; in particular a WINDOW. This would fix a bug reported by Rick Martin last July about (DRIBBLE <window>) breaking in UNPACKFILENAME.
