If I logout of a Lisp that had a finger server running in it, upon reentry to Lisp the server dies with a "SHOULDN''T': received packet type 0 instead of FINGER.whateverpacket" (or something like that).'
I can then manually restart the server with no trouble.'

Fixed in source and dcom on <lispusers>.   Problem was thinking that event firing was certain. It is only to be taken as a wakeup hint for a process.  Jellinek and Wallace notified since both submitted bugs.'
