' It required a change to the macro \CHECKCARET which is called by many places in the system. I recompiled TTYIN to catch the oneS in TTYIN but did not compile the others. They will fixed as that code is recompiled. If you are responsible for any code that calls \CHECKCARET, you might recompile it next time you are in there.'
