This is to announce a new version of Color Utilities as a LispUsers package.  These programs provide a lot of the Interlisp-D display facilities (such as windows and menus) on the color screen.'

The changes from the previous version are'
	1).  Upgrade to compatibility with Carol.'
	2).  Quicker pop-up menus after the first pop-up.'
	3).  Items in menu can be of different colors.'

The important files are {PHYLUM}<LISPUSERS>COLORUTILITIES.DCOM and {PHYLUM}<LISPUSERS>COLORUTILITIES.TTY for documentation.  Make sure to load ''{PHYLUM}<LISP>LIBRARY>COLOR.DCOM first.'
