InstallLispTool from lisp>current does not seem to pay attention to the NSFile and PUPFile entries in the user.cm when you make up the user.cm with an editor.  (I made my user.cm with the Tajo file window following the model in installLispTool.doc.)  However, when you set these fields via SetProfile, they are then remembered.  '
