If, unknowingly, you use the middle button on the bar at the top of the Tedit Menu window, rather than at the top of the main Edit window, and do a PUT, TEDIT is happy to write out something approximating the Menu as the most recent version of your file, before sending you to RAID.   Nicht so goot.'
